Since redundancy from my last company I have set up on my own. I am sometimes employed as a Freelancer for various studios, long term and short term contracts. I have also pitched on my own to win small projects I undertake in my own studio at home. Currently these are 3 magazines per month, 1 magazine quarterly, flyers and small brochures.

The role within the Creative team was challenging and exciting. Projects are undertaken in a fast moving and competitive environment. Working closely with the Creative Director, Designers and Account Managers in a team environment. Taking ideas and concepts and turning them into design and artwork. Presenting to new and existing clients, ideas and concepts. Using a broad range of technical and media skills, working to tight deadlines, multi-tasking and delegating work.

Working for a small design and print agency on corporate material and advertising for the McDonald’s Restaurant group. Keeping to set standards and guidelines. Responsible for designing and artwork on a daily basis for individual franchises. Large format and in-house printing.

Working for a large automotive retail company, working in a creative team within a busy in-house studio, on a variety of projects in advertising, marketing and corporate material, press advertising and promotional material. Brands within this group Lexus, Toyota and Volkswagon.

A media and events company, working on a variety of projects for the company’s magazines, catalogues, events and forums.

Design, and artworking of the company’s Event and Business Catalogues and marketing material; involving page layout, advertising, designing event look and feel with graphics and imaging. Heavily involved with corporate design, designing forms, summit branding and other company literature. Liaised with printers and with B2B companies on advertising specification, production and imaging.
